More Happy Fisherman

July 9, 2016

Hello from Paradise Cove

The fishing is really going good now. The walleyes are on the reefs and schooled up for better access. The Muskies are being caught deep and shallow depending on if they are male or female it seems. Bass are over their spawn now and hitting top water baits strongly. We have had a lot of rain but mostly in the evenings lately. Water temp is 68 f. or 19 c. Daily temps been in the 70’s and not much wind either which makes a good day on the water. Had guests at Paradise Park this week casting of the docks catching a 44 in. Musky a 29 1/2 in. 25 in. and a 24 in. walleye. Heard yesterday Mitch Lee’s children caught plenty of eater walleyes off shore at Paradise park also. So people don’t need to go far for good fishing action here in beautiful Minaki. Hope to see you having a great time here in Paradise.

Thanks,

Duane and Corey
